SOCIAL CANTEEN
From 2020, we have a network of social canteens that we support, financially, with products and know-how. At the same time, we monitor and evaluate activities and workflows, assess impact and continuously improve processes. The social canteens have been selected by Chef Hădean and his team to meet certain standards, both in terms of kitchen equipment, team and the number of vulnerable people they support.
In partnership with the Diaconia Association: St. Theodora from Sihla (sector 1), St. Anne (sector 2), St. Mary (sector 3), St. Philopteia (sector 4), St. Theodora of the Sikhs (sector 5), St. Barnabas (sector 6)
For the Romanian and Ukrainian children from Băneasa and Corbeanca, of the Regina Maria Foundation for Social Innovations (Bucharest, Ilfov)
The canteen of the Day Center in Petrila belongs to the organization Save the Children (Hunedoara).
For three years, until the beginning of 2024, SocialFood also supported the canteen of the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, providing hot meals for 200 students from vulnerable backgrounds.
