Various teams, from fine cuisine to pub grub, cook live on stage and compete against each other in front of an audience who will taste the food and vote on the dishes they liked best.
After its success in 2023, Kitchen Battle, the biggest charity culinary competition in Romania, returns in 2024. Three consecutive evenings, six recognized chefs and their teams, 450 guests, 15 personalities in the jury and the host, Chef Adi Hădean, who will welcome each guest and moderate the competition.
A remarkable event, with two noble goals: to provide hot meals to vulnerable people supported by the #SocialFood program of the association founded by Chef Hădean and to remind that joy is greater when you share with others, especially the meal.
Kitchen Battle is a concept initiated 15 years ago in Switzerland by the organization Cuisine sans Frontières and Kitchen Battle Romania is the first event to take place outside Switzerland, thanks to the partnership between the well-known Swiss organization and Chef Adi Hădean.
Those who eat together, stay together. Join the long meals at one of the biggest charity events in Romania.
DUEL: Over three evenings, two teams of chefs from famous restaurants face off against each other in front of the participants.
IMPROVISING: Teams cook with an identical basket of food, and only find out the contents of the basket on the day of the event.
TIME PRESSURE: Teams must create a four-course meal for 150 guests in a short time.
VOTE: Each guest votes for the one they liked best.
