On the website www.socialfood.ro,<\/strong> any company can fill in the Sponsorship Contract for the redirection of 20% from corporate income tax with all the necessary data. The data will remain recorded, so that the next time you access the Contract, after entering the CUI, it will be automatically filled in with the company data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You will also receive an e-mail with the contract attached, which will automatically fill in the amount (amount entered by the sponsor when filling in the online form) and the date of sponsorship. According to the provisions of Law no. 677\/2001, our donors have the following rights:<\/p>

    • Right of access to data<\/strong> (Art. 13) - the right to obtain, on request and free of charge, for one request per year, confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him\/her are being processed by the data controller.<\/span><\/li>
    • Right to intervene<\/strong>\u00a0(Art. 14) - the right to request the following from the data controller, by written request and free of charge:<\/span>
      • rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully processed data;<\/li>
      • anonymization of unlawful personal data;<\/li>
      • notifying third parties of the operations referred to in points a) and b).<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Right to oppose<\/strong> (Art. 15) - the right to object, free of charge and on written request, on compelling legitimate grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of data relating to him or her.<\/span><\/li>
      • Right to go to court<\/strong> (art. 18) - the right to go to court to defend rights guaranteed by law that have been violated.<\/span><\/li>

        Donate by card
        <\/strong>In the case of card payments, this is done securely via the platform\u00a0www.socialfood.ro<\/strong>. For the use of this method, the donor has the possibility to select the amount he\/she wishes to donate, which will be withdrawn from the bank card indicated by the donor. In using donation by card, the donor undertakes that he\/she will provide true, correct, current and complete information. If we consider that this obligation has been breached, we reserve the right to block access, for a fixed or indefinite period, without prior notice.<\/p>

        Donate via Paypal
        <\/strong>In the case of payment via Paypal, the user is directed to his personal Paypal account where he will make the donation. To use this method, the user must have a Paypal account at the time of the donation. To use this method, the user has the possibility to select the amount he\/she wishes to donate and which will be withdrawn from the Paypal account.<\/p>

          Litigation<\/strong>
          Romanian law shall govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and the Association\u00a0Black Sea FooDignity<\/strong>. In the event of any conflict between the Association\u00a0Black Sea FooDignity<\/strong> and its donors, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably within a minimum of 30 working days. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be settled by the competent court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.<\/p>

          Miscellaneous<\/strong>:<\/p>

          • Should any of the above clauses be found to be void or invalid for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. With the launch of the donation, the user will accept without objection the Terms and Conditions of Use, the value of which is the same as a valid contract concluded.<\/li>
          • By agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions, the donor fully assumes all rights and obligations arising from accessing the platform\u00a0www.socialfood.ro.<\/strong><\/li>
